Trouble Reinstalling Nitro on new machine

My old computer died and I wasn't able to deactivate Nitro Pro. I've been trying to reinstall on my new computer and am having issues. I talked to one person and they told me to use a serial reset tool that I can't find. I have my serial number, I downloaded the trial but it only gives me the "buy now" option versus the "activate" option. I did notice that my license allows for 2 devices and I'm only using 1 (my old computer) so I feel like there should be a way to put this on my new computer that's easy? Help.

I believe your colleague is referring to our Activation Portal: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

Kindly note this portal only accepts 1-3 user license so if your serial number can activate more than that, please send me a private message and provide the serial number you're working with because I wasn't able to pull it up by searching our end using your email address.

same problem.  Serial number copied and pasted out of nitro 11.  have new cpu with nitro12.  i get a message stating i am trying to activate the wrong version with the wrong serial.  i am not wrong.  nitro is wrong.  very unhappy

i have an old nitro pro 6 i want to install and am unable to activate. i only activation code and i get error 23. i don't have access to my old machine that had it, way back when!, and have not been able to use the activation portal.

any help is grealy appreciated

Hello, I upgraded my OS, and have a license key, but it said key from another version. Key is for version 11. How do I download version 11?

Error message -22:Error - Wrong License Number

'You have attempted to activate Nitro Pro with a serial number from another version. You can only activate this version of Nitro Pro with its matching serial number.'

Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy

As a courtesy, could you please send me a private message and provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 6?

Alternatively, if you were interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 12 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), we could scrap all the old installations and start on a fresh serial number.

Please be informed that '-22 Error Wrong License Number' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Looks like we need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro on your computer and install Nitro Pro 11. We then activate it using your serial number. Kindly follow these steps:
 
1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer then reboot the machine.
2. Download your Nitro Pro from these link/s:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi
x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi

If you are unsure if your machine is using 32 or 64-bit, please refer to this link: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000001874

3. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
