How to remove yellow comment bubbles?

I am having an issue when I send PDF's to people that they keep asking me to turn off the yellow comment bubbles. The comment symbols are on each separate text line.

These are not showing in Nitro on my computer but they do when I send it to others and only seems to occur when I edit a PDF in Nitro. I create most of my PDF's through AutoCAD and this does not happen. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
