Lydia York 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2019 Fillable PDF forms have been inserting data where there should be blanks, or inserting the wrong type of data in a field. I've been using Veterans Administration forms, and only recently noticed this problem. I've also had this problem with PDFs provided by other local govenment entities.
