marsav Posted February 13, 2019 Report Share Posted February 13, 2019 I've been running NitroPro 10 on my dinosaur pc and now want to transfer my Nitro Licence to my new laptop. I have deactivated it successfully on the pc but can't download Nitro 10 and when I downloaded 11 it tells me I can't activate my 10 licence!!! Help please! Your license will only work for version 10. Unable to successfully prt scr for you but it was error "22 - Wrong Licence number ... You have attempted to Nitro with a serial number from another version. You can only activate this version of Nitro." When I went to the site to download the trial version so I could activate it, there was only Nitro 11 or 12...no 10. Error 22 suggests that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/error 22/000001648 We need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro on your computer and install Nitro Pro 10. We then activate it using your serial number. Please visit this link and scroll down to the bottom portion to get the direct installers for Nitro Pro 10. http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/retail/000001632 If you are unsure if your machine is using 32 or 64-bit, please refer to this link: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/32 or 64 bit/000001874 I hope this helps!
