Flatten Option NOT Available

Hello,

Watched both the YouTube video which shows options to flatten NitroPro .pdf either partially or fully.  This is apparently achieved by the mouse right click.  Unfortunately the options are not available on the right click menu.  Next when I attempt to SAVE where there is an option for standard.pdf toggle button (found in the top right corner) but the toggle button does NOT display for flatten.

Has the flatten option now been removed?

Does anyone have any ideas?

The flatten options in the right-click is still available by referring to below workflow where you need to first click Select tool:

In order for me to further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Could you also please provide me a copy of that sample file for testing on my end?
