I have documents (applications for new clients) that our New Business Development team will be using when they are onsite with new prospects.  Is there a way that we can have a new client eSign the pdf?  We are using Surface Pros.

I clicked on the resource you gave me and I've read and watched the tutorials however they don't answer my questions.  I have Forms that need to be filled out by the sales rep., onsite at a client's home and the same document must be signed by the client (not via email), nothing answers how to accomplish this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
