Prevent Saving Files

Hi,

Does anyone know anyway to restrict permissions on a file such that somebody can print but cannot save them without a password?

Have you already tried the Password Security feature?

Setting the Printing allowed to "High resolution" and Changes allowed to "None" should do what you want- the document can be printed, but no changes can be made to the document.
