Sharyn Ramsay 0 Report post Posted February 19, 2019 I am changing to a new computer and I followed the instructions to deactivate and uninstall from old computer. I downloaded the nitro pro 12 and my nitro pro is 9.0.7.5 which I can't find and my serial number is not accepted as the new version is Nitro Pro 12. Do I have to pay for a new license? To upgrade to version 12, please proceed to the following web page, https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 12 serial key and installation files.
