Serial number inactive

I deactivate a license of Nitro Pro 8 from a PC and when I tried to activate on another one it gave me Error 23 "Serial number already in use"

Then I went to support page and when I enter my serial number in the activation portal it says "This serial number is inactive" and I can't do anything.

Can you please give me help about this? many thanks

I have sent a message with my serial number but I had no reply about it. Could you please check about it?
