Melissa Smith Posted February 19, 2019 Report Share Posted February 19, 2019 Hello, whenever I enter my license number in the find license entry mode, I get a message that allows me to deactivate my license so that I can activate it again. Yet whenever I input my license number in the slot to deactivate it, I get a message that states that I have 0 devices available to deactivate it. Smith, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! When you to go Help tab > About Nitro Pro, are you only seeing Deactivate button without the serial number in the same window? If yes, kindly uninstall your Nitro Pro 11 using our Clean-up tool by referring to this article: kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/clean/000003054 After rebooting, reinstall using these offline installers: x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi Then try activating again.
