The first laptop crashed, and I activated the license on a second laptop. I now have a third / backup laptop I may want or need to install on in the future. Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy As a courtesy, yes you can transfer you activation onto your third machine by deactivating through our Activation Portal: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal Alternatively, if you were interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 12 with VIP Access. Wihen you say Nitro Pro 10 has been dscontinued and is no longer supported, I assume that means it is still functional and usable, but no longer has support options available? Also, is there a way to upgrade to the current version of Nitro Pro (Nitro Pro 12) with a perpetual license (one-time fee,not monthly subscription), that includes future upgrades? The version you has is still functional and usable but will no longer get updates and support if you found bugs in it. With regards to upgrading to Nitro Pro 12, kindly visit our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade and enter your v10 serial number to get the discounted upgrade of $79.99.
