Help with license to upgrade from v6 to v12

Hello, I got a new computer and installed Nitro 12, however in my old computer I had Nitro 6 and the new version isn't taking the serial number. Can you please help me with that?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

If you installed Nitro Pro 12 and you're trying to activate using your Nitro Pro 6 serial number, that will not work.

Also, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy

If you are interested upgrading to Nitro Pro 12, kind visit our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade and enter your v6 serial number.

Thanks for your response and patience.

To further assist you, uninstall Nitro Pro 12 and reboot your machine.

Then download and install Nitro Pro 6, kindly visit this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/sunset/000004127

HI Allain, I chamfed my computer and trying to Download NItro 6, but the link you gave me in your previous mail is balnk. Can yuou please provide new location dor Nitro 6 Download? Or can a v6 license now be upgraded to v12 ?

If you were interested in upgrading it to Nitro Pro 13 (our new version), could you please provide its serial number so I can check its status in our system?

I was able to check your Nitro Pro 6 and to upgrade to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate, kindly access our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade and just enter its serial number.
