BadRandy217
I've just started using the trial version of our software. My system is Windows 10 / Office 365. My issue is when using Excel to convert one of my price book pages i'm having an issue when converting my excel sheet to a PDF where it converts the hyperlinks correctly but instead of showing the link its just showing a big black box where the link should be. Is this because i'm using the demo software? I tried it once using your online tool and it worked ok but I can't find that online page again to try again after I made some changes. I'm ready to purchase if I can figure this issue out and have it create the PDF with the links usable and visible.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted February 22, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted February 22, 2019 (edited) Hello @BadRandy217, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Is conversion with hyperlinks also failing with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher? Does this happen with every Excel document? If it's a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end. To send me the sample file, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you. Nicholas Schrape
Hello, I'm having a similar problem to the above. When converting hyperlinks from Excel, the cell containing the link is coloured black and the link itself moves from the expected location in the PDF. i.e. slighty down and to the right from the cell. I can still access and edit the link in Nitro through the Page Layout -> Link -> Edit Link, but the link text is not visible and it is difficult to find and click on within the document. Using Windows 10, Excel 2016 and Nitro 12.5.0.268. Thanks
