weijang 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2019 Hi SIr, I'm new to this portal, Currently, i got 2 problems for my activation. first one, After installation, the laptop had crashed. Unable to boot up the windows, it was unable to deactivate. What can i do to recover back the 1 user?? the second one, activation had been done. BUT less than 2 weeks the software expired. Since I am unable to pull-up the serial number using your email address, could you please send me a private message and provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? As what we had discussed few months back, i still have 1 user left. and the user was not install yets. But yesterday i try to configuration and found out that i left with 0 user again...
