Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed for v12

I am also having this problem.  Additionally, today I paid for the upgrade to 12 and VIP Access and when I tried to open a support ticket, I received the following message:

Email support is provided only to customers with Nitro VIP Access.
Please choose one of the options below for further assistance.
