Cannot Print Current View Correctly

Hi,
I am currently running Nitro Pro 10 on two computers and we are both having the same issue when we try to print our current view.  I am looking at a set of architectural plans and after zooming on one section I want to print just my current view.  Using the print dialog, I have selected "Current View" in the page range field however the preview shows a section of the document farther up on the document than the section I am actually currently viewing and the portion shown in the preview is whats ends up printing instead of the view shown in the application.  I have tried changing the page scaling options in the print dialog window but to no avail.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?
