License already activated.

I just purchased "Nitro Productivity Suite" v12.  I should be able to use it on two computers.  I have installed it on one machine.  On the second, I get "license already activated"

I chatted with support who checked my license number, and told me it shows only ONE activation.

How do I fix this?

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

I need for the product to work or just get a refund.  I purchased nearly 2 months ago.  I deactivated BOTH of my licenses.  However I cannot activate them.

Does your Nitro Pro reverts to trial after installing Windows Updates?

activation fails on my second computer. THE FIRST COMPUTER HAS REVERTED TO 14 DAY TRIAL MODE

Hi Kevin.  I have not been able to use my second activation.  It says I have one but the license   234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx

is not accepted!!!

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
