No response from Technical Support

Is anyone else having trouble contacting technical support? I switched to a new computer and tried to get the key to reinstall and it's been a few months with no response. I have phone calls and emails into them. Are they out of business?

Yep! I was looking for some assistance about a week ago from got someone to help me after a few emails nothing...

Thanks for posting to the Community forums!

 

For Mr. Britton, after looking through our system, I was able to locate your ticket from way back in April.  It appears we did respond to your ticket however it's possible your Spam filter in your inbox might have snagged it.  Please make sure to add our Email domains to your Email's White-list.  

For Mr. Valois, it appears a ticket from Victor was settled with one of our support agents as soon as yesterday.  If you can supply the ticket number, I'd be happy double-check our system and make sure you are taken care of.

 

Please be vigilant with your Email settings, in order to allow for a 2-way communication.
