Hannah LCP 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2019 Hello, I am having difficulty activating my licence. My serial number is 234600-xxxxxx-yyyyyy. I uninstalled the current version of Nitro Pro from my computer and rebooted the machine. I downloaded a previous version of Nitro Pro by following the below link: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi I checked prior to the download that the machine is using 64-bit. I have tried to activate my licence however I still receive the following error message: Error 22 - wrong licence number - you have attempted to activate with a serial number from a previous version... In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro.
