steve cline Posted February 28, 2019 Report Share Posted February 28, 2019 We had a hardware failure and are now re-installing user's software on new HDD. I submitted the form to deactivate and that indicated there are 0 of 2 installations installed. It also said that this license would be immediately available for use.
