iandh2010 0 Report post Posted March 1, 2019 Hi Guys, I am new to NitroPro and need to Combine many files into a single PDF document for publication. I understand how to use the Combine function and have used it to build the target file but I got a couple of the source documents in the wrong order. I do not want to have to keep repeating the whole exercise, any time I make a mistake, as there are over 25 source files! Is there no way of saving the list of files to combine? So that I simply have to open the list again and re-arrange the file order and then save the list again for future revision. At present, NitroPro closes the list after combining the files! I am using NitroPro V 12.0.0.112. Thanks for any advice
AllainU 0 Report post Posted March 4, 2019 Hello @iandh2010, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Are you combining files under Home > Combine? If yes, could you please try adding files from Windows Explorer? While in Windows Explorer, I recommend that you 'right-click' the 'first' file in the sequence. The documents are added beginning with the file that was right-clicked. For example, if you have files names 1, 2, 3, 4... then you right-click on file '3', they will be loaded into Nitro as 3, 4, 1, 2. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
