rspeight Posted March 4, 2019 Report Share Posted March 4, 2019 Like many others here, this seems to be the only way to get product support despite this being a system issue. I can reactivate my 'old' installation on the old PC, but cannot activate the new one with an error -23 telling me all my licences are used. The licence portal shows no installations.
