John Cothard 0 Report post Posted March 5, 2019 I downloaded the free trial version of Nitro Pro and when the free trial ran out I upgraded and bought it. when I sign in I get the free trial version and I can not use the full version. Our record shows you haven't activated your Nitro Pro 12 so please try activating by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
