Activation Failing

I have been a Nitro user since version 7 and I now have version 11. My HD  crashed and I reinstalled Nitro Pro version 11 but it will not accept my license. I have deactivated the license on all devices (the tool returns"Sorry. You may only deactivate 0 devices".). My license number is: 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
