Hello everybody. I have a problem, when i'm trying to make PDF from JPG file and change settings of a transmission, the PDF file on the end always has same size and resolution, no matter what options of downsample and compression I had chosen.

Hello @dmitry33,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-When converting an image to PDF, what DPI setting did you choose?
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you're working with. You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello @AllainU,

Thank you for your support. The version I'm using is 12.0.0.112.

I usually choose "Keep original DPI". I just tried once again and now it worked as it suppose to. Even PDF file size stayed close to original JPG file size.

But when I'm tryed to set up 300 DPI of downsample, then 120 DPI Nitro made a PDF of exactly the same file size as chosed "Keep original DPI".

Sorry for my English, I'm from Russia :)

Hello @dmitry33,

Thanks for providing these information.

Since it's happening at random times, could you please update to 12.10.1.487?

Please note that this may not fix the issue you're having but it's still worth updating to the latest build.

Here are the links for you to update:

Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this help!
