Happy Nomad 0 Report post Posted March 6, 2019 Grrr. Hardware failure forced me to purchase a new pc. Trying to install Nitro Pro 12. Deactivated 2 of 2 licenses.. now showing 0 active. Installed Trial ver, tried to activate with my serial number only to receive the err -23. What did I miss? What do I try next? What additional info do you need from me? I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
