I have recently upgraded to a new computer, but lost the v10 Nitro Pro in the process - I have redownloaded v12 however the activation serial will not work as it is coming up with the below error message: "-22: Error - Wrong license number" Is there a way to download the old version, or amend the license that we have for the newer version? Please uninstall your copy of version 12 and download the appropriate Nitro Pro 10 installer here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/retail/000001632 Once installed, kindly activate your copy: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/activate/000001639 I hope this helps.
