Activation Failing - v10 to v12

The key that we have a copy for is version 10, and I have the serial number available.

I have recently upgraded to a new computer, but lost the v10 Nitro Pro in the process - I have redownloaded v12 however the activation serial will not work as it is coming up with the below error message:

"-22: Error - Wrong license number"

Is there a way to download the old version, or amend the license that we have for the newer version?

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums!

The serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. 

Please uninstall your copy of version 12 and download the appropriate Nitro Pro 10 installer here:

Once installed, kindly activate your copy: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/activate/000001639
