rrader 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2019 Type text and quick sign are not active and won't allow me to use most of other functionality in the program in a specific file. Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2019 Hello @rrader, Thank you for posting on our Community Forums! From your description, sounds like it is a secure file. You can check this and the security settings by opening the file in Nitro. Right click on a page on the file, then choose Document Properties. Go to the Security tab to check the settings. Please note, like other PDF programs, Nitro cannot reset the security settings of locked PDF files. You can either ask the author of the file to give you a copy that has no security settings in place, or he can give you the password if it was locked it with a password.
