Tom W 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2019 I had Nitro 7 on my previous PC. Just bought a new computer. I copied the serial number from my previous PC and then deactivated it. Tried to download on new PC and only Nitro 11 and 12 were available for download, so my previous serial number does not work. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Since I am unable to find your v7 serial number, could you please send me a private message and provide it to me? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
