My computer crashed and I have to reinstall Nitro Pro 11. Though downloading was completed, installation never started. Can you help?

I understand that you are having issues installing Nitro Pro 11.
To better assist you, could you please take a screenshot of the installation error message? 

Also, please use the msi offline installer to install Nitro Pro 11. You can download the installer at the link below:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi

If you are not sure which to pick, this link will help: 

Note: Please remove any previously downloaded installer before downloading the msi installer, so they don't get mixed up.

Thanks for your prompt response. I use the 64 bit for installation but still failed. The error message is -

"Nitro Pro Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modfied. To install this program at a later time, run Setup Wizard aagin. Click teh Finish button to exit the Setup Wizard."

Hello @KKHO, 

I have seen that error message before and the common cause is permission/ownership access to WindowsApps folder. Even if your Windows account is a member of Administrator group or you are logged in using administrator account, the installation will fail as the account does not have permission/ownership to access WindowsApps folder.

I have created a .docx with screenshots for you to have a guide on how to successfully install Nitro Pro 11 including taking ownership of the WindowsApps folder to gain access.
