Levi
That's just silly. Are you trying to force me to pay for 12 by removing 11? No trial software should ever uninstall ANYTHING, let alone a previous version of the software. This seems like a ransomware tactic to me.
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted March 12, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted March 12, 2019 Hello @Levi, Thanks for reaching out to us! This is by design, upgrading to Nitro Pro 12 removes Nitro Pro 11. This is convenient for those who upgrade their Nitro Pro 11 license, no need to manually remove Nitro Pro 11, this is added manual work especially for our Volume Licensing users. I understand this can be inefficient for trial users. I'll make sure this feedback gets forwarded to our team. I apologize for the inconvenience.
