I would like to see a feature to copy the existing bookmarks that have been added and then paste them in other places in the Bookmark pane. I have several books that take a reader to a specific page. Rather than only having the bookmarks in a Table of Contents page order, I would also like to have the bookmarks listed by Subject, by Condition, etc - sort of like an index,
