williamferraro 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2019 Hello, I am having the file sized exploding. Example: I have a 35MB .pdf file which contains 727 pages. I extract 5 pages and that resultant file becomes 188MB. I also separately extracted 9 pages and the file size became 263MB. I work in construction and utilize nitro for pulling content from the plans and specifications. I cannot build our files as the size keeps exploding. Also it crashed the other day and I sent a ticket related to the situation....still no help in addressing. Compounding the situation is the fact you cannot speak to anyone other than sales. I searched the online forum and cannot see anything related...Any help would be appreciated as I like your product and want to keep using it.
