Settings to check: In the Nitro Pro Outlook add-in: Convert Links, Embed Attachments should be checked Prompt for Filename should not be checked I'm using Nitro 12.10.1.487 You should test this first on a smaller folder first- copy some emails into a folder that are similar to what you want , then right-click on the folder you want, and choose Create PDF from Folder.
