Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I have made an adjustment on your Nitro Pro 11 license. 
Please re-activate the Nitro Pro 11 software installed on your desktop. To activate, launch Nitro Pro then go to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your serial number then click Activate.
