Jerome del Rosario Posted March 21, 2019 Report Share Posted March 21, 2019 Dear Team, I have a client here using Nitro Pro 8.5.7.3, so when the user is opening a pdf file all the data is clear but when I tried printing it the document is all distorted, like some of the logo is not printed or the data itself is not readable, then i tried using another pdf reader and try to print the same document and it printed with no issue. So I was thinking that the issue is with Nitro team. Kindly resolve this issue. Thanks! Troubleshoot I done: -Repair the Nitro Pdf 8 -Reinstall the driver -turn the printer on/off. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy If you would like to trial our latest product, Nitro Pro 12, you can download it from here: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try It will run as a full featured product for 14 days!
