Jodi Posted March 21, 2019 Report Share Posted March 21, 2019 We just switched our whole office to Nitro Pro and we are having issues with redaction - It doesn’t happen constantly however, it does happen intermittently. “Warning: Applying redaction may not have completely removed the selected content. Please check that content has been redacted and if not, use the Edit Tool to select and delete the text or image.” We then have to go through each highlighted box of text, right click and click apply redaction to each one individually. Our firm heavily relies on redaction for the types of cases we handle and having to go back and recheck and manually redact every instance is taking twice as long as it used to.
