Daphne 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2019 I am trying to combine multiple PDF files into one file. It worked this morning and now when I try to add files, they do not appear. I have tried Select All to add all files in a folder and have tried adding files one by one, neither works. I have also tried dragging and dropping with the same result. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy Microsoft has also changed the way the 'Print Spooler' works in Windows. Because of this Nitro Pro 9 cannot be supported on Windows. The PDF Creator built into Nitro Pro 9 will not work properly. Though other functions should remain usable. You have three options from here: 1. You could upgrade to Nitro Pro 12: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade 2. You could install Nitro Pro 12 as a trial (alongside your current installation), just to use the PDF creator. The Creator will remain after the trial has finished. 3.
