Michael Cohen Posted March 22, 2019 Report Share Posted March 22, 2019 I was running Nitro Pro 10 and started having the eror problems noted above when I tried to save a newly created form. Fortunately, I found a similar problem and used the Extract function to create another copy and save the document. The support guidance also suggested running the latest version of Nitro which is now 12. I installed it but my activation code would not work. I was told to deactivate the Nitro 10 version which I did, I did it both on my computer and the Nitro program and online. However, it shows I have 2 applications to the license but I cannot get it to work at all. It sends me back on the support loop of deactivation reactivation. PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks! I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy When you installed Nitro Pro 12 and entered your Nitro Pro 10 serial number, I believe you have received error '-22 Error Wrong License Number' message. This means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. To further assist, kindly access our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade and enter your v10 serial number to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12. I hope this helps.
