Install Nitro Pro on New Laptop

Hi guys

• A client of our has a new laptop and trying to get Nitro Pro installed
• I got the licence key from the old laptop
• Downloaded a trial version
• Tried to activate but came up with an error message that the licence key is from an older version

How do i resolve this

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the serial number of the Nitro Pro your trying to activate? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

To further assist you, please refer to these steps:

1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer then reboot the machine.
2. Download your Nitro Pro 11 from these link/s:

x64-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi
x32-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi

3. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
