Nitro Pro 12 Change document : Not Allowed

Hi.

We have some document that have in Existin security settings / change document: Not Allowed

but if we use Nitro 11 the status is change document : Allowed

file is signed an we have validate signature and Add to Trusted Contacts an Signature is Valid

 

The only option we have now is to downgrade to Nitro 11 but we ar hoping that this is some simple settings.
