Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted March 27, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted March 27, 2019 Hello @alottay, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?: -The serial number of your Nitro Pro. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. -Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
special.t
I'm having same/similar problem with a custom stamp rotating the text 90 degrees within the stamp shape. This came up on a landscape page that is 17" x 11". I'm running Nitro Pro 12.10.1.487 Thanks!
Schmidt425
I'm also having the same problem. I'm running Nitro Pro 12.6.1.298. It is only for one user and only on certain documents. Other users can use the same stamp on the same document and it works fine. The user can also use that same stamp on a different document and it works fine. All of the preferences and settings appear to be the same throughout. If the user places the stamp on a landscape page, the stamp works properly. special.t
Hi @AllainU In response to your questions: This was a new issue for me after updating from Nitro Pro 11 to 12. I did not have this problem with the prior version. This was my first usage of stamping a page of this size & orientation with version 12. I haven't made any changes that I am aware of before this happened. I have not had this problem with mixed page orientations in a file that was with page sizes of 8.5" x 11. Didn't have a mixed orientation 17" x 11" file to test. The problem repeats itself on other single page document files that are Landscape with a page size of 17" x 11" Thanks! Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted May 24, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 24, 2019 Hello @special.t, Thanks for providing this information. Could you please reprint your PDF file by going to File > Print > PDF Creator? Once done, place your custom stamps and check if it still rotates. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
