Clarification on the pricing and offerings

Hi everybody.

Could someone help understanding the options on the pricing page for NitroPro (https://store.gonitro.com/304/purl-gonitro?x-source=npspricing)?

There is a Nitro Productivity Suite as the main product. This should be perpetual license, according to what I understood.
Then there are 3 Options:

  • Nitro VIP Access (which is a bundle of the other two options);
  • Premium Support;
  • Product Updates.

Now, could someone confirm if Product Updates is time limited option (like an annual subscription) or a one-off perpetual payment? There's no mention of anything that might clarify that, actually in the description there is a part saying "Ensure you always have access to Nitro's latest features...", which sounds like a perpetual access to the updates.

At the end, could someone confirm that by buying only the Productivity Suite (without Product Updates or Premium Support) you still have access to all the updates within the major version you purchased originally (anything that is 12.x at this moment)? In that case, Product Updates would actually mean an access to free upgrades to higher major versions (13.x, 14.x, etc.). Right?

Thanks a lot for your time in advance!

That's access to all updates of the same build. For example, 12.1, 12.2, 12.6, etc. It is not an upgrade to the next version (version 13).

I hope that helps clarify.
