On the lice portal the serial number shows: Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 The version is 11 and so is the installer. Can you please help? I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Peder Simonsen Posted August 13, 2019 Author Report Share Posted August 13, 2019 Hi AllainU We had a correspondance in march where my client got a -23 error allthough no licences were activated. You helped us fixing the license. Now he has the same issue once again on the very same computer. Suddenly he is switched to trial mode and again getting -23 error. I was able to pull your previous private message and I just made an adjustment on the same Nitro Pro 11 serial number so please try activating again. If the affected machine/s just installed a major Windows Updates, kindly note upon the upgrade of the operating system or installing a major Microsoft / Windows update, the Computer ID is changed, as it is comprised partially by the operating system. Once changed, this will no longer recognize the original installation causing the program to revert to trial mode. As a workaround, we would need to make an adjustment on the license.
