Zind 0 Report post Posted March 28, 2019 We have multiple Nitro 10 licenses for workstation at our facility. When trying to convert any type of file to pdf through the context menu, Nitro generates the error: "The creation process encountered an error, and failed to create the PDF file." Please make sure you have Nitro Pro 10.5.9.14 installed, that is the latest build of version 10. You can find the installers here . Hope that helps!
