Stamps Orientation Issue

Recommended Posts

Justin.C

Hello,

We are having periodic issues when using Nitro Pro stamps where it will rotate stamps sideways (portrait) vs the default (landscape). Can you provide some insight in how to fix that?

Thanks

Hello @B Brown,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Does this happen with every file mixed page orientations (portrait and landscape)? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end. To send me the sample file, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

It usually happens after I have scanned the file to a PDF.  Generally when I print to a PDF it works fine.

Build: 12.12.1.522

Hello @B Brown,

Thanks for this providing this information.

Upon checking my resources, this is a known issue and will be placed on the long-term product roadmap, so unfortunately, there is no short-term solution for it.

In the meantime, kindly reprint the document (File > Print > Nitro PDF Creator) after scanning to file.

Please be aware that Nitro typically has multiple releases throughout the year.

This case will be closed, however, we recommend to follow our Release Notes located on our site https://www.gonitro.com/support/documentation/release-notes

On behalf of Nitro Pro, I apologize for the inconvenience.
