We would love to help you with this concern so I opened a support ticket for you. So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide us with the following:

  • The file you are working with
  • What exact version you are using (E.g. 11.x.x.x, you can find out by going to Help >> About Nitro Pro)
  • The exact steps you are taking and the settings you changed
  • A screenshot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving. (To find out how to take a screen shot, check out this page)
