I am have disabled the program from the crashed laptop, never received a new serial number & can not get anything other than activate trial version to pop up. anyone know what i'm doing wrong? I have sent you your serial number via direct message so you can try reactivating. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial. Hope that helps!
