CleanTech92058 Posted April 3, 2019 Report Share Posted April 3, 2019 I've tried to repair NitroPro 11 and got the message that "something is preventing the licensing service"....I am unable to repair or uninstall my current version of NitroPro. At the same time, I am unable to upgrade to NitroPro 12. I've done some research and finally found that my nlssvc32.exe has gone missing - overnight.....no updates to Windows that I could find..... Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system. http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. It says "something is preventing NItro from running" ...or s.th. similar. Also, we have sinced upgraded NItroPro 12 - the only option to have NItro operated ( ). NItro Pro 11 is still on PC.
