nlssvc32.exe file is missing

  I've tried to repair NitroPro 11 and got the message that "something is preventing the licensing service"....I am unable to repair or uninstall my current version of NitroPro.  At the same time, I am unable to upgrade to NitroPro 12.  I've done some research and finally found that my nlssvc32.exe has gone missing - overnight.....no updates to Windows that I could find..... HELP!!

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 11 (11.0.8.470) from the page I have provided below:

Thank you for your response.  We are unable to uninstall after running the tool.  It says "something is preventing NItro from running"  ...or s.th. similar.

Also, we have sinced upgraded NItroPro 12 - the only option to have NItro operated  (    ).    NItro Pro 11 is still on PC.
