Hello @JMRP,

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

Have you tried repairing, reinstalling, or doing a cleanup before reinstalling?

Hello @JMRP,

Please send me a direct message with your serial number so I can check what version you have and what type of installers to give you.

Thanks!

Hello @RB1,

I can see that you are using Nitro Pro 12.

Please use this cleanup tool to remove Nitro completely.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000001671

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 12.10.1.487 from the page I have provided below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

I hope this helps!

Unfortunately this did not work.  After reinstalling it still does the same thing.  When I click on the login at the top right of the Nitro Pro window it opens a box that looks like it is asking me to sign in, then immediately a big white square opens up on the screen that I cannot get rid of.  The only way to get rid of it is to go into Task Manager and close Nitro.

Hello @RB1,

Looks like you are using the Nitro Cloud integration which has already been disabled.

If you are trying to use Nitro Cloud, you can access it still through your browser: https://cloud.gonitro.com/login

If you are trying to use Nitro Pro, there is no need to log in. You just need to make sure it has been activated. You can go to Help >> About Nitro Pro >> Activate to activate your copy.

I hope that helps!
